Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines and production models.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to refine algorithms and improve model accuracy.
- Optimize ML systems for latency, throughput, and scalability on cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous technical code reviews.
- Stay current with the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI, or Azure ML).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model versioning.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI applications.
