Responsibilities
- Design and architect cutting-edge AI models and machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of Next-Gen Neural Networks (N2N) and generative algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and robustness in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize inference speeds and reduce computational costs for cloud-based deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying production-level machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
