Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, distributed machine learning architectures capable of handling petabytes of data and millions of concurrent requests.
- Model Optimization: Push the boundaries of model performance through advanced quantization, pruning, and hardware-aware optimization techniques.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research and development efforts in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning to pioneer new capabilities for the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline for AI models, ensuring rapid, reliable, and safe deployment to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years specifically in designing and deploying production-level AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with deep expertise in distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Spark).
- Algorithm Mastery: Strong background in deep learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
