Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures for large-scale NLP and computer vision applications.
- Optimization: Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks.
- Deployment: Lead the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, from training to production deployment using cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI models seamlessly into consumer-facing products.
- Ethics & Compliance: Ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with emerging regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of neural network architectures.
- Mathematics: Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
