Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning architectures capable of handling complex, real-world scenarios in 2026.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead internal research projects to explore emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning and neural-symbolic integration.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Enhance MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability and low latency for our AI services, utilizing cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and fairness checks to ensure AI outputs are safe, unbiased, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA, CUDA-X).
- Big Data: Strong experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes) and handling large-scale datasets.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and write high-quality documentation.
