Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning systems and deep learning pipelines focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model compression, quantization, and inference optimization to reduce latency and cost in production environments.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for AI integration within our products, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 industry trends.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI ethics, fairness, and transparency to mitigate bias in automated decision-making systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into actionable software solutions.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge research and open-source advancements into our proprietary frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLMs.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using services like SageMaker or Vertex AI.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and debug distributed systems at scale.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional projects.
