You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing readiness, and autonomous systems, and integrating them into our core product architecture.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI evolution and future tech trends.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable system architectures that accommodate next-generation AI models and decentralized systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards and responsible innovation.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with external research labs and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve in AI breakthroughs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for technological disruption.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role within AI or Future Tech.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast technology trends and align them with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
