Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for products targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead the research and integration of next-generation AI models, including Large Language Models and multimodal agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging tech trends and validate their business viability.
- Architect scalable solutions that leverage future-forward cloud infrastructures and edge computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in adopting forward-thinking methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI or strategic technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical strategies in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, actionable technical plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
