Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for 2026, identifying emerging AI trends and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to prototype and validate innovative AI models, ensuring scalability and ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the architecture of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for AI workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the technical team.
- Conduct deep-dive research into quantum computing advancements and their potential application in our current tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or senior architect role.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex technical solutions under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
