Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Develop and deploy advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Spatial Computing (AR/VR) with AI workflows.
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical innovation within the team.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) to inform product strategy.
- Optimize existing neural networks for real-time processing on edge devices.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Spatial Computing platforms (Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI architectures and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
