Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks tailored for 2026 scalability.
- Conduct high-level research to identify emerging technologies, such as neuro-symbolic AI and edge computing, relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for extreme performance, ensuring low latency and high accuracy in real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product leadership to translate complex future roadmaps into executable, high-quality technical strategies.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and ensure the robust, secure deployment of AI models in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed, production-grade projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business implications.
