Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale data processing and real-time inference.
- Define the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, integrating cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) with legacy enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, AI-driven technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput in cloud-native environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security across the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architectural code reviews to ensure system integrity and scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture and distributed systems.
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying, training, and fine-tuning large-scale transformer models.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
