Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the comprehensive 2026 AI Ethics Framework, ensuring compliance with emerging global standards.
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify potential ethical risks and opportunities in emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Legal) to integrate ethical considerations into the core product development lifecycle.
- Advocate for responsible AI practices to stakeholders, investors, and the broader tech community through speaking engagements and thought leadership.
- Oversee the auditing of algorithms to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability across all Nexus Horizon platforms.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of ethicists and policy analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree or Ph.D. is highly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology, data science, or policy, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and future 2026 frameworks).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong public speaking and writing skills, with a portfolio of thought leadership or published papers.
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguous environments and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
