Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Optimize existing models for improved accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration tools.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level machine learning models.
