Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures for production use.
- Lead the end-to-end data pipeline, ensuring data quality, scalability, and efficient processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and optimization of models to ensure low latency and high accuracy in real-time applications.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new techniques (e.g., Transformers, GANs, Reinforcement Learning) and integrating them into our tech stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL with deep expertise in ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
