Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Horizon AI's 2026 product vision and long-term strategy.
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for high-complexity enterprise applications.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers to push the boundaries of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure real-time performance in high-scale, low-latency environments.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with product management to translate business goals into technical milestones.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI models that drive measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of innovation.
