You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying scalable machine learning models that power our core products. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver solutions that have a real-world impact.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models for NLP and Computer Vision applications.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable MLOps pipelines to manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models from experimentation to production.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor model performance and implement strategies to improve accuracy, latency, and throughput.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and integrate novel techniques into our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing and GPU acceleration.
- MLOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
