Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, robust machine learning infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data workloads.
- Lead the technical vision for the company's 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the deployment of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI agents across enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, MLOps pipelines, and system reliability (SRE).
- Drive the migration and optimization of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Conduct architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing and implementing MLOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
