Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our flagship AI products, ensuring alignment with future market trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance, distributed machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Optimization: Drive research initiatives to reduce inference latency and enhance model accuracy in real-time environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into deployable features.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Deep Learning: Proven track record of deploying large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
