Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for 2026, focusing on GenAI integration and edge computing.
- Model Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into existing SaaS products, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy and security standards (GDPR, SOC2).
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database design.
- AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning with practical implementation experience.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
