Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
- Optimize data pipelines and model inference for real-time processing and low latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend technology upgrades and strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of deep learning principles and experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
