Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the architecture review process for deep learning models and natural language processing (NLP) systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Research emerging AI trends and technologies to integrate them into the Project 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
