Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, advising stakeholders on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical workshops.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models and neural networks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D Integration: Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends, evaluating new tools and frameworks to keep Project 2026 at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and PyTorch or TensorFlow; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
