Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Lead the architectural strategy for large-scale neural network deployment and optimization.
- Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure code quality, security, and compliance across all AI development lifecycle phases.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
