Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Model Development: Oversee the development and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural architectures.
- System Optimization: Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our AI infrastructure at scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning principles, and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering robust, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
