Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, robust architectures capable of supporting the computational demands of next-generation AI models.
- Lead AGI Research: Drive the research and development of foundational AI capabilities, including natural language understanding, reasoning, and multimodal learning.
- Optimize Model Performance: Fine-tune large language models and transformers to achieve superior latency, accuracy, and efficiency on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Establish Ethical Frameworks: Define and enforce rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure AI deployment aligns with societal values and regulatory standards.
- Mentor High-Performance Teams: Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product leadership to define the 2026 product vision and translate technical requirements into executable engineering roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- System Design: Extensive experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and high-throughput data pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring engineers and driving cross-functional collaboration.
