Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Agentic AI frameworks designed for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Reasoning Models (LLMs) focusing on chain-of-thought capabilities.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and maximize throughput for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for Responsible AI and safety alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the AI infrastructure team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with Large Language Models.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying high-scale ML models into production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and data pipeline technologies.
