Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Design and implement microservices-based AI pipelines using Kubernetes and Docker for high availability.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge deployment and real-time inference.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement rigorous monitoring and observability protocols to ensure system integrity.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI infrastructure or MLOps.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
