Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML architectures for large-scale distributed systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Neural Network optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of all deployed models.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for AI engineering.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing MLOps pipelines and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Experience leading engineering teams and managing technical projects.
