Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust AI/ML infrastructure designed for scalability and resilience in a high-demand 2026 environment.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models for real-time inference and low-latency processing.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, aligning engineering efforts with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with emerging global regulations and ethical standards.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of AI agents into existing software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record in designing systems for Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision.
- System Design: Strong ability to design distributed systems that can handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
