Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Research Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI, Transformer models, and Autonomous Agents.
- Optimization: Optimize large-scale models for inference speed and memory efficiency to ensure real-time performance.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities that align with business goals and future technological trends.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing and MLOps.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Cloud Mastery: Experience designing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
