- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model reproducibility and deployment efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge hardware accelerators (GPUs/TPUs) to optimize inference costs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade AI systems or research prototypes.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, BERT, GPT models, and vector databases.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
