Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance Agentic AI workflows that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge techniques in Reasoning, Planning, and Memory architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency using techniques like Quantization, Pruning, and Tensor Parallelism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products seamlessly.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI Safety, Ethics, and Privacy in a 2026-ready environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Fine-tuning methodologies.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong grasp of distributed computing and large-scale data engineering pipelines.
