Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the R&D efforts for Generative AI models, focusing on multimodal capabilities and real-time inference.
- Bridge the gap between complex technical AI concepts and high-level business strategy for stakeholders.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI adoption across all Nexus Horizon products.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and compliance with evolving global AI regulations.
- Prioritize ethical AI implementation and bias reduction in algorithmic design.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks.
- Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive technical roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
