Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, autonomous AI agent architectures capable of complex decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Lead the integration of Spatial Computing APIs into web-based interfaces, creating immersive user experiences.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing devices to ensure real-time latency reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for the '2026 Tech Stack'.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and AI safety protocols.
- Research emerging technologies such as WebGPU and WebAssembly to enhance computational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on AI/ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
- Experience with 3D graphics programming and spatial interfaces is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of shipping high-performance, user-facing products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
