Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive AI roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, focusing on scalability and ethical AI integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to prototype and validate high-impact AI solutions.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate complex technological capabilities into business strategies.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools across enterprise workflows.
- Maintain the highest standards of code quality, security, and performance in all AI systems.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging trends such as Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic Engineering.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex, large-scale projects on time.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model governance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
