Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and resource efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and version control within the AI team.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data engineering, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
