Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Define the technical strategy for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Model Optimization: Develop and deploy advanced neural network architectures, including transformers and diffusion models, to improve inference speed.
- Production Engineering: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to ensure reliable deployment of models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms, including Reinforcement Learning and Federated Learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Proven experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Kubernetes).
