In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning infrastructure, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.

Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable ML pipelines for training and inference of large-scale models.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and multi-modal AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
