Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural network architectures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production-grade software ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model latency and throughput to meet enterprise-grade performance standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or leading open-source contributions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines (Kubernetes, Docker).
