Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical architecture for our 2026 AI product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Model Development: Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Production Deployment: Spearhead the deployment of ML models into production environments using MLOps best practices to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize model inference performance, reducing computational costs and improving response times.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex technical requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
