Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation generative models and large-scale neural networks.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating quantum computing concepts into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists to ensure best practices in code quality and system design.
- Translate high-level business requirements for the 2026 roadmap into robust, technical specifications.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing environments and real-time inference.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concept development for emerging AI paradigms.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries and simulation tools is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical roadmaps.
