Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design the high-level technical strategy and system architecture for our upcoming AI platforms, ensuring scalability and performance for future workloads.
- Model Development & Optimization: Oversee the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Design cloud-native architectures using AWS or GCP that can handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- R&D Strategy: Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies to integrate into our core product offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and MLOps pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
