Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and architectural standards for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Hybrid System Integration: Bridge classical machine learning models with emerging quantum processing capabilities to solve complex optimization problems.
- High-Performance Computing: Design and optimize distributed computing frameworks capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards for the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch; familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
