Job Description
Join the Architects of Tomorrow.
Nexus Future Systems is pioneering the next era of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect (2026 Model Specialist) to lead the design and implementation of our upcoming flagship '2026' architecture. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and high-performance production engineering, ensuring our models are not only intelligent but efficient, scalable, and ethically sound.
If you are passionate about the future of AI and want to define the standard for the next generation of large-scale models, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Lead the architectural blueprint for the '2026' generation of neural networks, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and multimodal capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Implement advanced optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation) to deploy high-performance models on resource-constrained hardware.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with research scientists to integrate cutting-edge advancements (e.g., Sparse Mixture of Experts, Mamba architectures) into production pipelines.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Design and maintain distributed training and inference clusters capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices.
- Ethical AI: Ensure model fairness, transparency, and safety protocols are embedded into the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building, deploying, and scaling large-scale machine learning models (Llama, GPT, Claude, etc.) in production environments.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow) and experience with systems programming languages like C++ or Rust.
- Infrastructure: Deep understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, CUDA, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability/statistics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
