Responsibilities
- Design the 2026 Landscape: Lead the architectural design of next-generation agentic AI systems, focusing on autonomy, self-repairing capabilities, and human-AI collaboration.
- System Scalability: Architect robust, fault-tolerant backend systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows and high-frequency autonomous decision-making.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement and oversee frameworks for AI ethics, ensuring compliance with evolving global standards and bias mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and rapid prototyping.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and quantum-ready algorithms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Kafka).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with LLM integration, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic workflow orchestration.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
