Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologiesâincluding Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readinessâto identify high-impact opportunities.
- Legacy Migration: Oversee the strategic transition and migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures by Q3 2026.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-Suite executives and department heads to communicate complex technical strategies in clear, business-focused language.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key technology vendors, negotiating contracts that maximize value and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all strategic initiatives adhere to strict cybersecurity protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, IT Management, or Digital Transformation leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology roadmaps and managing budgets exceeding $2M.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid cloud environments, and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
