- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of complex system architectures for the 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks, recommending solutions that enhance performance, security, and scalability.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior architects and developers to maintain high coding standards.
- System Optimization: Analyze current infrastructure to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations for maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
