- System Design: Design and implement robust microservices architectures that can handle millions of concurrent users.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define long-term technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
