Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping next-generation solutions, specifically focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to ensure NovaCore remains years ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex futuristic concepts to stakeholders and investors with clarity and persuasion.
- Oversee the transition of pilot projects into full-scale production releases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Engineering leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining product visions for large-scale enterprise software or hardware.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting to C-level executives.
